Sirajuddin adalah salah satu advokat Indonesia yang telah menangani ratusan perkara khususnya litigasi komersial, baik mendampingi kementerian negara, perusahaan BUMN, perusahaan BUMD, perusahaan swasta, individu maupun perusahaan asing. Pendampingan tersebut mulai dari persidangan di Mahkamah Konstitusi RI, Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara, Pengadilan Negeri, Pengadilan Hubungan Industrial, Pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi, Pengadilan Niaga, Pengadilan Pajak, Pengadilan Agama, Komisi Informasi Pusat dan Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha Republik Indonesia. Pengalaman dan reputasi tersebut membuatnya dikenal sebagai pengacara “Commercial Litigation Lawyer”. Dia menyelesaikan Pendidikan Sarjana hukum (S.H.) di Universitas Sam Ratulangi, Manado tahun 2016 dan Magister Hukum di Universitas Jayabaya, Jakarta tahun 2023 dengan konsentrasi yang sama Hukum Tata Negara. Sarjana hukum dan Magister Hukum ditempuh dengan full Beasiswa dari Kementerian Riset dan Pendidikan Tinggi sebagai masyarakat yang berprestasi.
Profesionalitas yang telah dibangun mengantarkan Sirajuddin saat ini menjadi senior associate pada Kantor Hukum Deni Bakri & Partners Law Firm (“DBP Law Firm”), which is one of the leading law firm in Jakarta. His areas of Legal Specialization are constitutional and administrative law, Procurement Law, Civil Law, Business Law, Criminal Law, Corruption Law, Competition Law, labor law, intellectual property law, Sharia economic law, arbitration and dispute resolution.
Before joining DBP Law Firm, Sirajuddin started his career at the campus Legal Aid Institute, then joined as a junior associate at one of the law firms in Jakarta in 2018. After 2 years of work then joined as a legal expert in one of the ministries for 4 years, which focused on handling legal issues of procurement of government goods/services. During his time in the ministry, Sirajuddin handled many cases of procurement of government goods/services intersected with state administrative disputes in the State Administrative Court, civil disputes in the District Court, Business competition, especially tender conspiracy in the Indonesian competition Supervisory Commission, assistance in the Attorney General's Office, KPK, police, Ombusman and Information Commission Ri Center.
The professional experience gained both in law firms and in State Ministries, gave Sirajuddin high-flying hours in handling hundreds of litigation and non-litigation cases. Although many handle commercial matters of great value, it remains consistent provide free consultation and legal assistance (pro bono) for the underprivileged - as a form of moral and social responsibility for the profession in which he lives.
Since entering the campus, Sirajuddin is one of the active activists in several student organizations including: being the chairman of the Student Representative Body of FH Unsrat, founder and Chairman of the legal & constitutional debate Institute of FH Unsrat, Manager of Asian Law Student's Association (ALSA) and Executive Secretary of the legal consultation and assistance Institute (LBHMI PB HMI). in the professional world, he is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and the Indonesian Legal Auditors Association (ASAHI).
Currently, Sirajuddin is also active as a speaker in several campuses and organizations on law and youth in the form of national seminars, public discussions and training. Not only a practitioner, he is also active in writing and has published at least 3 (three) works of books entitled: "Me and my Indian dream”, "Sengeketa Decision Of The State Administration On The Law Of Procurement Of Goods/Services Government” and “Thank You For Being A Woman Like You.
